Hayat Hotel was the venue for the First ever Milan of ARYIC in Sharjah. Around 60 attendees including mostly Yoga Instructors assembled to celebrate the First Ever Milan of ARYIC in Sharjah. Dr. Charat Singh Nirwan took the session on Yogic Wisdom. Enthusiastic participants discussed different topics related to the subject.
